It helps consumers discover local businesses with more context and gives reputable businesses a clearer way to demonstrate the trust they have earned across the customer experience.
Most platforms can help people find a local business. Locally Earned is being built to help consumers understand the trust a business earns through the full customer experience—not from a single review or claim.
It brings together reputation, transparency, customer service, accountability, and track record, including how a business communicates, responds to concerns, works toward resolution, and follows up. Our goal isn’t to sell trust. It is to make earned trust easier to recognize.
We believe strong local businesses can play an important role in building stronger communities.
DMBD Impact is our developing community initiative designed to recognize and encourage meaningful local involvement. Participating businesses may have opportunities to support:
• Volunteer and community service projects
• Local charitable initiatives
• Veterans, military families, seniors, and others in need
• Community sponsorships and partnerships
• Donated or discounted services for qualifying community needs
As DMBD grows, we also plan to develop a separate nonprofit organization focused more directly on connecting volunteers, donors, businesses, and community needs.
Community involvement may be recognized through DMBD, but it will remain separate from TRUST Verified status. Credibility cannot be purchased or earned solely through charitable participation.
Through my professional and community experiences, I have seen how difficult it can be for people to find local businesses they feel confident hiring—and how difficult it can be for good businesses to distinguish themselves and build lasting relationships with their customers.
Do More. Be Better. Daily. was created from a simple belief: better communities are built when people and businesses have better ways to earn, recognize, and maintain trust.
Locally Earned, DMBD's first initiative is being built to help consumers make more confident decisions, help reputable businesses demonstrate the credibility they have earned, and encourage meaningful investment in the communities we share.
This is bigger than simply generating leads or collecting reviews. The goal is to build something useful, accountable, and capable of creating lasting value for consumers, businesses, and communities.
